What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Full refunds available within 30 days. Buyer must return the item within 30 days. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned in exact condition as was sent. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us at custsvc@yayss.com within 30 days of your purchase in order to arrange a return. International orders may be subject to additional shipping in order to return the purchase. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us directly at custsvc@yayss.com, either through the Contact page or through your Yayss account settings page.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Yayss checkout process is powered by Shopify Payment, Google Pay, Stripe and PayPal, four of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Yayss has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! We accept orders worldwide and we offer Free Shipping Worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. 

We process all new order once payment is verify. Processing time & shipping out your items generally takes 1-2 business days.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

  • We‘ll send you an email when your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times quoted are for your guidance only and are not guaranteed. As we're sure you know, nothing is 100% certain (especially when it involves the roads/air/sea). Generally however, there are no problems and your order will arrive as planned. The majority of our courier services offer a 'Predict' service. 
  • This is an SMS text to you on the morning of delivery outlining the timings of your delivery slot direct to your mobile phone. To receive this service, make sure enter your mobile number when placing your order, including country dialling code. Most of our deliveries will occur between the hours of 08.00 and 19.00.
    • Please be aware that courier notes containing extra information for delivery are at the discretion of the delivery driver to comply with. We employ a signed for service in which the courier is expected to obtain a signature upon delivery. If a delivery note expressing alternate delivery instructions is complied with and results in a lost parcel, any claim for compensation would be invalidated.

    If everything in your order is in stock, we'll aim to send it out within a day or so. If something is out of stock, we'll ship what we have and cancel the rest. You will be notified via email should this be the case.

    In order for our customers to receive their lovely item(s) at the earliest possible time. We had pre-arranged warehouses in different locations in different countries we had allocated, to serve our international customers. As this is the case, you will receive your order in 2 or more parts. You will also be informed through email when your orders are shipped out separately.
